When will I get my certificate?

When you submit the evaluation form, that prompts the academic coach to review all of your work.  We will evaluate your work to assure that you have met the learning outcomes. Once that assessment is complete, you will receive your certificate by email.  Click Here for a sample certificate. (This certificate is an example. The student certificate may vary slightly).   

You should expect that the turnaround time will be less than 24 hours from the time which you submit the evaluation form until you receive your certificate by email.  ​

Certificates are prepared 7 days a week between 7 am and 7 pm PST. In most cases, you should receive your certificate by email within a few hours after you submit the evaluation form, or first thing the next morning. ​​

If you did not adequately complete the assignments, the trainer will send you an email requesting that the coursework be redone. Be sure to watch for emails from our online educators for coursework feedback.

If you do not receive your certificate within 24 hours from when you submit the evaluation form, check your junk mail or spam folder. 

If the certificate email is lost in cyberspace, we will not know that you did not receive it. You will need to provide us with a different email address, such as a new Yahoo email account, to receive your certificate. Thank you for your cooperation and patience. ​​

During the last two weeks of December, expect longer processing times for enrollment and certificates due to the high volume of enrollments and completed trainings during the year-end rush. 

​We recommend enrolling and completing your training prior to the end of December whenever possible.
