Recording and documenting your observations is an integral piece of the puzzle in the effort to keep quality records of your observations. While you are constantly observing the children that you work with you must make a concerted effort to record accurate observations. This means recording in ways that are useful, accurate, and objective. There are many ways that you can record the observations that you make, but we will go over some of the most common and most useful.
